An obstacle for me is being late to some places with the whole family, because it's hard to get everyone organized. For example my mom, Papa and I always have to make sure the babies are ready to go with their jackets and toques on and get their snacks ready. Usually one of them will start crying in the car and we have to pull over to help them with whatever happened. Or I have to get out of my seat while the car is moving and help them with whatever they are crying about. This obstacle could be overcome by getting them ready half an hour to an hour before we need to leave or preparing the things they need to wear ahead of time. Also, since my mother never has anytime to herself maybe I could help her prepare the night before. When they are in the car and start crying and getting bored I could bring toys for them to play with so they will be occupied for the ride. These are some ways I am planning to overcome the obstacle of being late with my whole family.
This Saturday I am going to Cypress Mountain, to go snowboarding with my uncle! I am super excited because for Christmas I got a snowboard. 2 winters ago, I started snowboarding, I had to use the rented ones and I didn't have the right boots for the snowboard. So my uncle got me a snowboard! It was a total surprise, I had no idea I was going to get a snowboard! And I just cannot wait for this Saturday!
Over my Christmas Break, I spent time with whole family, and by whole family I mean everyone in my family. My Dad and my step Mom came down from Drumheller with my brothers,, RJ, Jaden, and Ezra. While they were here I got to to the Festival of Lights, Stanley Park, My cousins house who I missed very much, My aunts house, my grandmothers house, Wave Pool, Movie Theatre and more. They spent there stay in B.C at the Western King Hotel, I got to stay at there Hotel with them for a couple of nights. We got to go swimming at the Pool they had, and the Wave pool, about 10 times. I had so much fun spending time with family.
New Years On New Years Eve, Erica and I (aka my step mom) went to Safeway and got a bunch of appetizers and we got so much, none of us could eat pizza On the eleventh day of the eleventh hour of November I spent my Remembrance Day at a Soccer Tournament in Burnaby. I woke up at 6 am, got there at 7 am, and played our first game at 8 am. We played 5 games ad 5 shoot outs, I scores 6 goals at the shoot outs and 4 in the games. In between games we would walk back to our tent and have a snack. I love spending time with my friends and I had a wonderful remembrance day!
