I have a mixed answer, if the museum should keep the artifact or if the owner should. I think that the museum should keep the artifact because they would put the Artifact to use, and it isn't just buried or lying around. I also think that the owner should keep the artifact because the owner should know where it is and if the artifact got stolen from the museum, it would be the owners fault for letting them keep it. So I think it should be in the owners hands so that they can take care of it. But I guess the museum has lots of security people and it's probably never going to get stollen but it is a possibility! Also in article 12, it says that the owner has all rights to the Artifact, so the owner could have it if they wanted it. But the museum wants to get scientists to dig deeper and find more stuff about the artifact. But the owner could notice something's that the scientist couldn't, like if something changed with there cultural appearance. Those are my points for our debate today.
